Expression of Interest: SAP Payroll Professionals (All Levels)

Are you a Payroll professional with recent SAP experience? We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a variety of Permanent and Contract opportunities across our client network. Whether you are an operational Payroll Officer or a strategic Senior Lead, we want to connect with you.

These roles offer a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office collaboration with the flexibility of working from home.

What we are looking for:

Payroll Officer Level:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an end-to-end payroll environment using SAP.
• You should be comfortable managing the full payroll cycle and interpreting various Modern Awards or EBA.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Intermediate proficieny with Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.

Senior & Lead Level:

• Over 7 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 of the last 5 years specifically using SAP.
• You will have proven experience in team leadership, guiding staff through complex processing and compliance requirements.
• A solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation, including the ability to provide accurate Award and EBA interpretations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to support internal stakeholders & mentor a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
